The National Meeting and Training Conference is less than four months away and COMTO is  busy planning a great conference!  To help make this conference a huge success, below are ways you, as a chapter president, can assist us.

Registration for the conference is now open.  Just in case you are not aware, when your chapter simultaneously registers ten full conference attendees, the chapter will receive the eleventh registration free.  To take advantage of this offer, mail a completed registration form for each registrant or a copy of their online registration confirmation.  All online registrations must be completed on the same day and received at the National Office with seven days of the registration date. 

Also, we need your assistance to spread the word to your chapter members about the opportunity to share knowledge with their peers at the national level!   Proposals for the educational workshop are due on April 4, 2008, the Call for Papers brochure can be downloaded at http://www.comto.org/events/2008_events/FINAL%20CallforPapers.pdf

Finally, in a few days you will receive some sponsorship packets which I hope you will share with companies in your area.  As you know, new relationships start at the local level and it is our hope that together we can continue to build on our current success for the future.
