McGlothin Davis, Inc., an organization and leadership development consulting firm, assesses the organizational and leadership development needs of diverse clients and collaborates with them to design and implement strategies to move business to new heights. Building on decades of organization and leadership development successes of its associates, McGlothin Davis balances proven strategies with breakthrough thinking in customizing its services and products. We specialize in six areas: organizational assessments, program evaluations, executive team building, leadership training, executive coaching and worksite wellness interventions.
